This one-dish meal from Simply Recipes is so easy to make and so very comforting to eat. My baker friends will dive into making this crust, but I used a pre-made one and sped up the prep time by ... a lot.
From our harvest, too, I used radishes (and you can even use turnips, if you still have some) instead of Russet potatoes, and I used fresh (instead of dried) dill. (I'm wondering, too, if slices of our snow peas could replace the more standard peas. I really think they could.)
